Your team's data workspace

Turn data into decks, answers, and the why behind them.

Paste an Omni dashboard and get a branded Google Slides deck in minutes. Ask a question and get the SQL, the answer, and the reason it changed. Then put it on a schedule and let Vidara keep everyone current.

Everything in one place

Present it, explore it, automate it

Vidara covers the whole loop: building the deck, answering the follow-up question, and keeping it all current without anyone rebuilding it by hand.

From dashboard to deck without the copy-paste

Ways to build what people actually read in meetings, all on Envoy's slide template. Nobody has to screenshot a chart into a deck ever again.

Generate Slides

Paste an Omni dashboard link and pick your tiles. Vidara reads each tile's filters and chart type, and builds a Google Slides deck plus a live Google Sheet behind it. Go basic with one slide per chart, or custom with your own order, titles, and branded backgrounds.

Update Sheets

Only the numbers changed? Refresh the Sheet in one click. Vidara writes over the tabs you already have, so the charts linked to them keep updating.

HTML Export with AI (Beta)

Start from a dashboard or a plain-English question. AI writes a headline for every exhibit and designs each slide. Edit layouts and headlines, then send it to Google Slides, or download a PDF or HTML file.

Slate (Beta)

Start from SQL. AI picks the chart, writes the headline and takeaways, and you change it in plain English ("make it a stacked column by segment"). Every charted number comes from your query, never the model.

Slide Templates

Browse the Envoy template's title layouts and backgrounds, so you know how a deck will look before you build it.

Ask it like you'd ask a coworker

Query Lab (Beta) gives anyone with access a safe way to work with the warehouse, with AI that writes the SQL and explains the results. It never replies “per my last email.”

No SQL needed, just ask in plain English.

  1. Ask a Question

Type it in plain English, or write SQL with autocomplete and a schema tree grouped by your dbt layers. Vidara reads your dbt docs, writes the query, runs it, and fixes it if it fails.

  2. See What Stands Out

An AI summary calls out the highs, the lows, the trends, and anything unusual, using the numbers in your result.

  3. Tell Me Why?

One click starts an investigation. It breaks numbers down, follows your dbt lineage, and checks for data gaps. You get the likely driver, a confidence label, and the queries that prove it.

Canvas

Hosted dashboards built from SQL that refresh with live data in one click, with settings like date ranges the owner can change.

Ask a Data Question (Beta)

Ask in plain English inside HTML Export and get a deck-ready answer, built straight into slides.

Save, Share, Download

Keep queries in folders, share result snapshots with the company or named people, and download CSV or Excel.

Automate

Build it once, have it ready every week

Save a deck setup as a preset, then put it on a schedule. Vidara builds the deck and updates the Sheet at the time you pick, in your own time zone, and emails the team when it's done or if something needs a look.

Deck Presets

Saved setups, shared with teammates or handed off to a new owner.

Schedules

Daily, weekly, or any cadence, read in your time zone so "Tuesday 5pm" stays Tuesday 5pm.

Run Now

Need it before the meeting? Run any schedule on the spot.

Run Emails

Links to the fresh deck and Sheet, or a heads-up when a run fails.

Work together

Review, share, and pick up where someone left off

Shared Deck Presets

Share a preset with everyone at Envoy, or with named people who can view or edit it. Moving teams? Make someone else the owner.

Share Links with Rules

Share query results with the whole company or only named people, with an optional expiry.

Recent Activity

Everything you generated, exported, or changed in the last 90 days. Re-run it, or restore a preset or schedule someone deleted.

Answers you can trace back to the data

Vidara is careful by default, so the data team can say yes.

Read-Only, Always

Every Query Lab, Slate, and Canvas statement is a single SELECT in a read-only transaction, with row and time limits.

Every Query Traced

Each run gets an ID in its link and in the warehouse's own query history, so any number traces back to the exact query and the person who ran it.

Numbers Come from Your Data

AI designs slides and explains results, but Slate charts come straight from query results, and HTML Export flags numbers that don't match.

Only Approved Data

Admins turn on each database and choose its schemas. Sensitive databases can be blocked outright.

Roles You Control

Okta sign-in, four roles from user to superadmin, and a permissions matrix superadmins can change without a redeploy.

Runs in Envoy's Cloud

Vidara connects through AWS roles wherever it can, not shared passwords, and runs inside Envoy's own AWS network.
